Your business, working on its own.

We build the website and app your business runs on: orders, bookings, payments and messages, all in one place.

Every part of your business,
finally in reach.

Built for businesses like yours.

a6n is short for (Ai)ny Management System: one system for the everyday work of a business, from the website your customers visit to the screen your staff use.

Many businesses we meet run on a patchwork: a website from one place, bookings in another, payments in a third, and the rest on WhatsApp and a spreadsheet. We join it into one, shaped around how you already work.

A control desk stands in the middle of a workbench with a screen, a row of sockets and lamps. Six small objects, a shop front, a phone on a stand, a card terminal, a post box, a staff monitor and a ledger with a dial, slide into docks around it and are joined to it by cables. A nameplate and flag appear, and then the desk screen and every lamp light up.

a6n joins your website, customer app, payments, messages, staff screen and reports into one system, then shapes it around how your business works.
  1. Your website

Where customers find you, see what you offer, and order or book in a few taps.

  2. Your customer app

On their phone: their orders or bookings, rewards and messages. They sign in with an email code or Google.

  3. Payments

Card, bank transfer, UPI or cash, all in one ledger, with coupons and loyalty points built in.

  4. Messages

Confirmations, reminders and offers go out on their own. Customers who opt out of offers still get their receipts.

  5. Your staff screen

Orders, bookings, customers and payments in one place. Each person sees only what their role needs.

  6. Reports

Sales, customers and what's selling, ready whenever you look.

A team, not a vendor.

We're a small team of engineers in Singapore and India. You talk to the same people who build your system, every week, the way you would with your own tech team.

We use AI where it saves you time, and plain good engineering everywhere else.

Working today with businesses in Canada, Singapore and India.

A shop counter on a base, with a till, a service bell and a sign lamp on top, and a shelf with brackets on the wall behind it. A tool drawer slides out of the end of the counter, so our tools come from inside your shop. A spanner lifts from the drawer to a loose shelf bracket, the bracket swings level and is fixed, then the drawer slides back in and the counter sign lights up: one team, yours.

We work like your own tech team, not a vendor you chase. The same people, every week, building inside your business.
A letterpress bench. On the left, a wooden type case holds compartments of ready-cast type. Five type blocks, each carrying a part of an app: a web page, a key for signing in, a coin for payments, a parcel for orders and an envelope for messages, lift out of the case and set into a steel chase on the stone. Wooden spacers and quoins stored in a tall rack behind the stone are lifted out and lowered into the gaps to lock them tight, and a sheet from the paper stack comes out on the delivery board printed as one app page.

We don't start from a blank page. Your app is put together from parts already running for other businesses, then shaped around yours.

Start where you are.

Starting fresh, moving off spreadsheets, or keeping what you have running well: pick the one that fits.

Build something new

A market kiosk raised from a flat-pack kit. An empty paved plinth stands beside a delivery pallet loaded with a counter, a frame of two posts with a rolled-down shutter, and a roof carrying a folded awning and an OPEN sign. A folded sketch card stands on the plinth, then lies flat as chalk lines mark the footprint; the counter, posts and roof lift across onto the plinth, the awning swings down, the shutter rolls up and the sign lamp lights.

Have an idea? We draw it up with you, build it from parts that already work, and open it to your customers.

Move you over

Two weighing scales on one base joined by a sloping roller conveyor. An old wooden scale heaped with a ledger, a fan of printouts and loose receipts feeds them under a throat bar and down the rollers into three trays on a new scale marked customers, orders and money. Its dial needle swings to the same reading the old dial showed, and a match lamp between the dials lights: nothing lost.

Run and grow

The market kiosk from Plate V a year on, open and trading, with an order-slip rail running from its counter along the front and back to a kitchen hatch. Our service cart rolls up beside it and a test slip runs along the rail while the gauge needle swings to OK; a jammed roller lifts out of the rail onto the cart, a new one drops in from the cart, and a menu board slides onto the kiosk side. Then a second counter module slides in from the edge of the lot beside the first, the rail runs on into it, and its lamp lights.

See how a build works, step by step

Every message, delivered.

Messages to your customers go out on their own, and you can see every one that was sent.

  • Confirmations and receipts

Sent the moment an order, booking or payment goes through.

  • Reminders

A nudge before a booking or a pickup, so fewer people forget.

  • Offers

Only to customers who said yes. Those who opt out still get their receipts.

So none is lost when it gets busy. Drag across it to change how fast they arrive.

Things owners ask us.

Do I need to know anything about tech?

No. You tell us how your business works today, in your own words. We handle everything technical and explain choices in plain language.

What does a6n actually build?

The software your business runs on: a website your customers use, an app for them on their phone, and one screen where you and your staff run orders, bookings, payments and messages.

Why is it called a6n?

It stands for (Ai)ny Management System: one system that can run any kind of business, built for yours.

How long does it take?

It depends on what you need. Because we start from parts already running for other businesses, a first version comes together much faster than building from zero. We'll give you a clear plan after the first call.

How much does it cost?

Every business is different, so we quote after a short call, once we understand what you need.

I already use spreadsheets or another system. Can you move it over?

Yes. We bring your customers and records across, so you start in the new app without losing anything.

Can my customers pay online?

Yes. Our clients take card payments, bank transfers, UPI and cash, depending on the country and what suits the business.

Can I send messages to my customers?

Yes. Order emails, reminders and offers go out automatically, with in-app notices too. If a message fails, it is sent again.

What happens if something breaks?

We keep watch every day and fix it. We work like your own tech team, so you talk to the same people who built it.

Where are you based?

We work mainly from Singapore and India, and we build for businesses anywhere. Our clients today are in Canada, Singapore and India.
